Substitute Teacher Arrested For Alleged Lewd Conduct
Taylor Welch, 22, a substitute teacher at a La Mirada middle school was arrested Tuesday May 1, 2012 on suspicion of lewd acts and sending explicit material to a teenage girl he met on campus.
Welch allegedly became friends with the girl online and then began exchanging messages and naked pictures.
He was being held in lieu of $140,000 bail.
